7. Prioritize risk reduction measures, based on a strategy

 
  • Top priority goal:

    Ban crude oil tanker traffic in Burrard Inlet.
 
  • To achieve the first goal: Communicate the risk to others.
 
  • Tell politicians now, not before an election, that to get your vote, you want to know what she or he will do to stop the shipment of crude oil through Burrard Inlet.
 
  • Ask a City Councillor to table a motion for your Mayor and Council to ask the Federal Government to pass legislation to stop the shipment of crude oil through Burrard Inlet.
